DrawWorks LP is announcing that we have received our ISO 9001: 2008 certification. Our goal is to consistently offer high quality services and products that will benefit our customers and their businesses with high quality tools and service.
The ISO 9001: 2008 is a certification that helps companies develop a Quality Management System (QMS) that will ensure that customers' quality requirements are met. It also sets in place a system that continually improves operational processes.
This certification is another way we are striving to show our customers that they can always expect the best when they work with us.
Monthly Company Safety Meetings
Management’s key element for communicating the importance of safety within our organization. The meetings foster dialogue between employees and management regarding safety and operational issues. All employees are required to attend this meeting every month for companywide involvement and common knowledge of committed and ongoing safety projects.
Weekly Shop/Machine Shop Safety Meetings
We recognize that handling heavy equipment requires attentive care and training. It is our goal to maintain not only a safe, but an accident free workplace. Our weekly shop meetings give the management and staff a chance to cover new safety topics and discuss any issues that may be present. We also conduct monthly safety meetings with the goal of opening a dialogue between the management and employees in regard to all on the job safety and operational issues.
Workplace Orientation & Job Performance Report
When a new employee is brought onto our team we make sure they go through an orientation program so they have a solid understanding of our products, how to use them and how to be safe on the job and in the field.
Lock Out Capability
Shutdown Authority For Everyone is an awareness program emphasize the employee right, authority, and obligation to shut down any task they feel is unsafe.
Substance Abuse Program
Part of our safety protocol is making sure that every employee is working drug-free. Employees are sent for drug and alcohol screening prior to hiring. We also perform random drug testing and require mandatory testing in the event that we feel there is any reasonable cause. Post-accident drug testing is also required. We are proud of our team and our staff and work hard to make sure we are always presenting the best.
