StabberLess AutoFill Casing Fill-Up and Circulating System

Fills or circulates casing as it is being run

The “STABBERLESS AUTOFILL SYSTEM” is designed to facilitate filling, circulating and flow back when there is no stabber in the derrick and to reduce the time required to run casing, and allows for immediate circulation if difficulty in running the casing is encountered because of well problems. The system allows the rig pumps to be used in the fill-up process while making up and running each joint of casing. This tool hangs inside the elevator to allow easy stab in operation and is widely used in the Gulf Of Mexico.

When using a StabberLess AutoFill System with no man in the derrick the Safety aspect increases greatly.

The StabberLess AutoFill System can run on Top Drives & Conventional Rigs with hooks. The Conventional Rig Adaptor & Mud Hose Assembly is sold separately.

The C-Series Valve provides a internal valve that opens when you begin pumping to fill or circulate. The valve will close when the pumps are stopped to prevent fluid from dripping on the rig floor. This valve also has a large flow-back area to facilitate running a liner or casing string with a open ended or flow back float shoe.

Push Plate

This assembly provides for a “false” shoulder for the casing to hit should the casing begin to float or should you hit an obstruction while running the casing string. Should the elevators become difficult or impossible to release, the Push Plate can be moved upward allowing the traveling block and elevators to be lowered and the elevator slips to be released. Plus you can use the Push Plate to push threw tight spots and keep from getting the casing stuck.

Sealing Unit

Allows the unit to Seal to the casing allowing you to perform Fill-Up, FlowBack & Circulating Job

C-Series Valve

This valve keeps the mud or circulating fluid from spilling out of the unit, plus allows the option to take FlowBack, Fill-Up, and Circulate at any time.
